Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders delivered within the United States. The checkout will show the delivery address and any available shipping option before you place the order.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: typically 1–2 business days before dispatch.
- Standard transit: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: about 3–6 business days from order placement to delivery under ordinary conditions.
Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Processing begins after an order has been accepted and payment is confirmed. A shipping confirmation is sent when the order is dispatched.
Tracking and address details
When tracking is available, we send the tracking details with the shipping update. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an address needs correction, contact us promptly with your order number; we will confirm whether it can be changed before dispatch. A carrier may require additional information for an incomplete address.
Delays, lost packages and delivery questions
Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, address problems and events outside normal operations can affect delivery. If tracking does not move as expected or a package appears lost, contact us with the order number so we can investigate with the carrier and discuss an appropriate remedy. We will notify you when we become aware of a material delay.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will tell you and offer a choice to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund for the unshipped merchandise, as required by applicable law.
After delivery
For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery, contact us so we can arrange a remedy. Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery; approved return postage is free and no restocking fee applies. See our Refund policy for the process.
